Cancellation and refund

1. Cancellation of Orders

1.1. You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at as soon as possible. Please provide your order number for reference.

1.2. If your order has already been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Exchange Policy (Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions) for information on returning the product.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

a. The order is canceled before processing for shipping (as described in Section 1.1).
b. The product is returned in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
c. The product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt, and you report the issue to us within 5 days of receiving the order.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product or canceling an order, whichever applies.

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to determine an alternative method for refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Some items may not be eligible for refunds, including:
a. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
b. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
c. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
